Champions Chelsea have spent every night on top of the Premier League table since 11th December 2016.

Michy Batshuayi, the summer-signed striker who has waited patiently for action this season, rose from the substitutes' bench to write his name in Chelsea history by scoring the goal which won Chelsea's sixth league championship, the fifth in the Premier League era.
